Mike Benedetti came to Notre Dame High School in the early 1990's and has been there ever since. He has occupied numerous offices over the years, and despite seeing multiple athletic directors come and go he has continued to lead the running programs at the school.

Andrew Hutchinson is in his second season as head coach of the Sequoia cross country team, with the program being much further along than he had anticipated.

So far, so good for the Half Moon Bay cross country team, who have competed well through two events this season.
The Cougars began the year by hosting the PAL opener at Half Moon Bay.
“Our varsity girls ran pretty well, and came out with an eyebrow raising victory over Aragon,” head coach Paul Farnsworth said.
